Running Tips

Breathing….ah, we take it for granted! But it is an essential element of running. Most runner’s bodies operate optimally on a “2 in, 2 out” rhythm. Watch yourself when running to see how your breathing changes as you tire, go up hills, or simply aren’t concentrating.

To get rid of a stitch, change your breathing to an exhale on the opposite foot to the one you’re currently exhaling on.

If you start to feel tired pay special attention to your posture and make sure you’re running tall and upright. It opens up the chest and allows more oxygen to enter, giving you an instant boost!
