This couldn’t be simpler to make!
These delicious pancakes are dairy free, gluten free, low carb and high protein.
- 2 eggs
- 1 large banana
Mash up the banana until there are no lumps left (like a mashed potato). Add the two eggs and mix it all up to a batter. For the best results drop a tablespoon of the mix into a hot pan and cook it as you would a pancake.
If you need more just add more bananas and eggs. A ratio of 1 banana to 2 eggs seems to work best.
